3. Payment Terms

The arbitration will take place in Tulsa, Oklahoma, unless otherwise agreed by both parties. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Waiver of Class Action: You agree that you will not bring, nor participate in, any class action, collective action, or representative action in any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms. All disputes will be resolved on an individual basis.

Exceptions: This arbitration agreement does not prevent you or www.pilotresumes.com from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
