As a prior generalist Executive Recruiter with over seven years of experience, I have reviewed and refined more than 50,000 resumes, including those with ATS parsing issues.
Having navigated the "low-time pilot route" myself, I understand what pilot resumes need to stand out to employers and what they need to include. For the past three years, I have specialized exclusively in crafting pilot resumes and cover letters and I love collaborating and working with the aviation community.
In addition to resumes, I am skilled at writing compelling cover letters that capture each individual's unique voice and personality, avoiding generic approaches.
With a background in public relations and business writing, I enjoy creative writing and have won numerous writing competitions, including placing in the top 100 out of 3500+ writers around the world in "flash fiction" competitions.
In my personal time, I enjoy writing, traveling, horseback riding, snowboarding, and spending quality time with my two children—while eagerly awaiting my pilot husband's return home! :)

RESUME REVIEWS:
We offer personalized one-on-one reviews of your resume over Zoom. In 40 minutes, we will go through each line and aspect of your resume to suggest the best changes and recommendations. We will correct mistakes, recommend formatting and layout changes and optimize your resume for ATS systems. A detailed write-up of changes to makecan be included for an additional fee.
COVER LETTER CREATION:
Cover letters are our specialty. Let us do the work and craft a personalized letter which demonstrates why you should be hired for the job. We have a background in not only business writing, but creative writing, too. Let us take the difficulty out of trying to "sell" yourself in a cover letter and leave you with either a generic or specific cover letter for each job.
RESUME REWRITES:
Don't have a resume yet? We can create one from scratch. We will send you a questionnaire to fill out, which will then give us background info on you before our 40 minute one-on-one Zoom call.
